Returns Policy

At Green Workshop (GWS Manufacturing Ltd), we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy below to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns for UK & EU Customers

If you are a customer residing in the UK or EU, you have the right to return any unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at greenworkshop.store@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

2. International Returns

For customers outside of the UK and EU, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Missing Items: If your item goes missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, will issue a refund or send a replacement.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (for UK & EU customers), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

For international customers who qualify for a refund due to a damaged or missing item, the refund process will be initiated once the issue is confirmed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Customised items

  • B-Graded items

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at greenworkshop.store@gmail.com for further instructions.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
